Dehradun
The Dehradun workshop of September 26th got a quite important coverage by the local media (see the slideshow down right "Articles Dehradun", with an excerpt of what could have been seen in the papers the day the conference) with articles on Hindi papers such as Hindustan, Rastrya Sahara, Dainik Jagran or Compact.
Mussoorie
IMCFJ members met the Municipal Commissioner in Mussoorie on the day following the workshop in Dehradun, and submitted him a petition , requesting him to urgently conform to the new smoking initiatives of the central government. Therefore, it was decided that from today, 2 October, there would be a ban on smoking in all public places in Mussoorie.
This new resolution has been covered by the local media (see on the slideshow down left "Articles Mussoorie") with articles in the Himachal Times, Compact, Hindustan or Amar Ujala, both in English and in Hindi.
